Pirin House isolated on 8000 sq. m. in the "Banski pat" area, near the road connecting Banya village and Bansko. The complex is 1 mile away from Bansko and 1. 8 miles from Banya. The location of this complex offers beautiful views of the Pirin, Rila and Rodopi mountains.

The complex will be accessible through a one way road system off the main Banya - Bansko road.
The Apartments:

There will be 179 apartments at Pirin House. The complex consists of four inter - connected buildings including Spa Center and Restaurant.

There is full access to apartments for disabled persons. There's full range of apartments to choose from, sizes include terraces and common areas.


Furnishings:

As many of these apartments will be rented there is no room for compromise on the quality of the furnishings, fixtures and fittings. All of the chosen products will need to stand the test of time so it is in everyone's interest that we have invested in quality fixtures and fittings from the start.
