A two - storey house in very good condition. The roof has been soon repaired. There are 3 rooms and a cellar. A wooden staircase leads to the second floor which consists of two rooms and a big hall. There is a cosy fireplace in the house which has a special device for warming the next room. All the floors and ceilings are wooden and in a very good condition. There is a big barn in the yard which can be used after being repaired.
There are twelve fruit trees in the yard - a quince, a pear and plums.
The village is very quiet. There is a dam - less than a kilometer from them the house. It's a nice place to fish or sunbathe.
